If you move during the period of your loan you may transfer
this mortgage product to your new property (subject to status
and valuation). If the whole, or part, of the loan transferred
to the new property is taken on your existing Self Certification
Flexible Base Rate Tracker, any additional borrowing must
be taken on a monthly interest charging mortgage product available
from the Scarborough Building Society at the time of the additional
borrowing.
