Rate Tracker mortgages - guaranteed to track the Bank of
England Base Rate.
- No
compulsory insurance on any product.
- For
Homemovers, (including First Time Buyers) and for remortgages
they will, on completion, refund £600 for your legal
and valuation expenses. This offer applies to all applications
received by 31 January 2004.
- All
products are portable.
*LTV
stands for Loan To Value. For example 80% LTV means that the
loan is 80% of the value of the property or of the purchase
price, whichever is the lower.
If
your application is outside these limits, contact The Chesham
Building Society to discuss your requirements. Note that they
will only lend over 80% LTV in Bucks, Beds, Berks, Herts and
Oxon. A high lending fee may be payable.
