A variable rate mortgage where the interest is linked to the
Bank of England Base Rate

products detailed above are only available to UK residents.
All
mortgages are available on a repayment, interest only or a
combination of both basis, with the exception of the Flexible
Tracker which is only available on a repayment or interest
only basis, not a combination of the two.
