compulsory insurances on any MHBS mortgage scheme.
Refund of Accident Sickness and Unemployment (ASU) Premiums.
The Society's ASU policy is only £1.75 per £100
of monthly mortgage repayment (including Insurance Premium
Tax). As an added incentive to take this peace of mind cover,
after the first three months Market Harborough Building Society
will send you a cheque refunding your premiums paid up to
that point.
Interest is calculated on a daily basis. This means that when
a payment is made to your account, your interest will be re-calculated
immediately.
Capital Repayments: You can repay up to 10% of the outstanding
capital in any one calendar year without incurring partial
redemption penalties, on any scheme.
