Chelsea Building Society mortgage offers are only available
to people who are resident and ordinarily resident in the
UK and all contracts are governed by and construed in accordance
with the law of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
as the case may be.

Building Society subscribes to the Code of Mortgage Lending
Practice (the Mortgage Code), under which lenders provide
some or all of the following services:
- Advice
and a recommendation on which of the mortgages they can
provide is most suitable for you;
- Information
on the different types of mortgage product on offer so that
you can make an informed choice of which to take; or
- Information
on a single mortgage product only, if only one mortgage
is available or if you have already made up your mind.
Chelsea
Building Society provides information (but not advice) on
either a single or a range of mortgage products. Copies of
the Council of Mortgage Lenders' leaflet 'You and Your Mortgage'
are available on request or in PDF format.
