The Mortgage Code, the latter detailing the Code of Mortgage
Lending Practice to which the Society adheres. They are designed
to explain the nature and processes of house purchase, but
there is no substitute for discussing your application with
the Society's staff, so contact the Society TODAY. During
the application stage the Society's staff will give you information
on the different types of homeloans currently available, together
with the concessionary rates that may currently apply.
