1st Loan Co personal loans and mortgages are available to all applicants aged over the age of 21.

1st Loan Co are able to arrange two types of loan, a secured loan where you must be a homeowner (the loan being secured to your property) and an unsecured loan where you must be a homeowner (the loan being arranged without security). Unsecured loans are often more expensive than a secured loan and can be more difficult to obtain as the acceptance criteria is more stringent.

A 1st Loan Co unsecured loan can be used for any purpose.

The credit rating or financial position of the applicant is such that no security for a 1st Loan Co unsecured loan is required.
