Free
legal fees for properties based within England (including
Isle of Wight) and Wales, subject to eligibility. The free
legal fees offer is not available in Scotland, or where a
transfer of equity due to a marital split is to take place.
Free
Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover for the first three
months, subject to eligibility and satisfactory application.
No
arrangement fee with Cheshire Building Society.
No
valuation fee where the estimated value for remortgage is
less than £750,000. For applications above this level
Cheshire Building Society will make a contribution of £500.
No
compulsory insurance, although the Cheshire Building Society
does provide an excellent range of buildings and contents
cover.
No
high Loan to Value charge.
Fully
portable, so even if you move home during the first three
years, you will still benefit (subject to your new application
meeting Lending Policy).
A
mortgage valuation report will automatically be provided as
a benefit of this product to remortgage applicants (where
the estimated value exceeds £750,000).
The
maximum loan is 80% of the value of your home.
Penalty-free
lump sum or regular overpayments up to £5,000 per 12
month period. If you make a lump sum capital repayment of
£500 or more Cheshire Building Society will offer you
the choice of reducing your mortgage term or monthly mortgage
payment.
Payment
holidays if you have overpaid previously.
Regular
underpayments if you have overpaid previously.
Lump
sum withdrawals available against accrued overpayments. Minimum
withdrawal is £500 and maximum is £25,000 per
transaction.
