Shepherds Group Selling Endowments
The
Shepherds Group consists of the following companies:
Shepherds
(Endowments) Limited (SEL) - acts as a principal in the
buying and selling of policies and acts as the stockholder
for the group. It does not buy from or sell to the general
public. Shepherds' plans are available to members of the public
through financial advisers who, in the UK, are regulated by
the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Shepherds
(Financial) Limited (SFL) - administers plans, arranges
loans and builds the plan portfolios with the relevant TEPs.
It is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Shepherds
Traded Endowment Policies Limited (STEP) - sources the
policies for purchase by SEL and is an appointed representative
of SFL.
Shepherds
Investments Limited (SIL) - the appointed manager of the
Fund. Has been appointed by the Fund to manage the investments
of the Fund and to carry on it's general administration.

Select Funds Limited (SSFL) - based in the Isle of Man,
this Open Ended Investment Company builds on Shepherds’
TEP credentials to provide a unique and extremely attractive
investment portfolio. The Experienced Investor Fund brings
together Traded Life Policies (TLP) and Traded Endowment Policies
(TEP) to provide offshore investors with a low risk investment
