You must have a policy statement and a surrender value with
you when submitting a policy for a quote from Heritage Financial
Services. You can obtain a surrender value from the company
that issued you your endowment policy.
The
Heritage Financial Services submission form is for With Profits
Endowment Policies only. Unitised policies will not be quoted
for.
