comdirect self-select ISA (individual savings account) has
all of the advantages of their standard Dealing account, but
because it comes in a tax-efficient ISA "wrapper"
it allows you to invest tax free - subject to government-set
investment limits.

will also open a standard Dealing account for you alongside
your ISA, so that you can invest in stocks (for instance AIM-traded
companies) that fall outside the scope of an ISA. There's
no annual fee for this.
