The
HFC Bank GM Card Credit Card was launched in the UK in 1994,
following the 1992 launch of the Household International and
General Motors card in the US.
The
scheme offers savings on new Vauxhall cars, and to date has
helped more than 120,000 cardholders save money on the cost
of a car. Points are earned each time the HFC Bank GM Card
Credit Card is used for everyday purchases and can be redeemed
against a maximum £2,500 off the price of a new Vauxhall
vehicle.
The
scheme also rewards those who choose a Vauxhall as a company
car. In addition to being able to redeem Rebate Points against
the purchase of a new Vauxhall, company car drivers can redeem
up to 1/3 of their Points as vouchers for high street names
such as Next, B&Q, and the Burton Group.
A
new addition to the scheme is the introduction of point redemption
against some American cars distributed in the UK. These cars
include the Chevrolet, Corvette, Camaro, Cadillac and Blazer
models.
