Venture Finance will invest in exceptional entrepreneurs capable
of building successful businesses. In return for providing
risk capital they expect to become a shareholder in businesses

equity stake.
After
the investment is made, the entrepreneur will continue to
provide the leadership and strategic vision for the business.
Where appropriate, Yorkshire Venture Finance will appoint
a non-executive director to the board of the investee company.
