Elements
of Change ( EOC ) has structured a modular approach
to enable you to design an in-house training and development
programme to meet your specific needs. Each module has been
defined in terms of the hours necessary to complete - the
minimum hours are those necessary to develop a basic understanding
of the subject area, the maximum will permit a more detailed
exploration of the issues.
Although
not an accredited qualification in the same way as the Elements
of Change Advanced Professional Programme the standard and
content is of the same level and it is possible that at a
later date content can be completed and accreditation organised.
